Bali Trip #6

July 28, 2013 0 Comments
Day #6 in Bali and it was also our last day in Bali.
Our flight was at 6:00pm which means we still had the whole morning to be in Bali.
We didn't feel like going back home, we wanna stay in Bali a little longer!

Three of us woke up really early in that morning because we were going to take lots of pictures at the beach!
We need more beach pictures! xD

We were at the beach at about 8:00am, the beach is so quiet.
We patiently waited for the sun to rise.
Sitting on the beach looking here and there, taking random pictures.

Waiting for the sun to rise.
Quiet beach.

This handsome and his little handsome had caught our eyes.

Okay, I'm gonna skip all the parts where we were waiting for the sun to rise and all those boring stuff that we did on the beach.

Picture of the day!
ShuWen, me and ZiJia.
I'm wearing my new bikini top! xD

Went back to our hotel room at about 10:00am, time to pack up our stuff!
Packed our bags like crazy girls, try to squeeze everything in that luggage bag. >.<

Returned our hotel room key.
That's a freaking big key chain over there.

Room 304.
Dear housekeeper, sorry for all the mess! >.<

Should have taken this photo on the first day we arrived.
Bye bye. :(

Next stop, we were heading to Pura Luhur Uluwatu.
We were told by the driver that those monkeys at that place are more aggressive compared to those monkeys at Monkey Forest.
Everything has to be kept properly, no accessories, no hat, no sunglasses and no bags.
I'm not wearing any contact lenses on that day, I was so afraid that those monkeys might take away my glasses. Please don't disturb me, I come in peace! >.<
One of my friend went to that place before and unfortunately, one of the naughty monkey took away her slipper. OMG! >.<
We didn't even dare to take out our cameras, in case if those monkeys are interested with our cameras so play safe.

That's me with my tired face.
The view from here are really beautiful.

Look at what I saw from there, isn't it beautiful?

Blue sky and blue ocean.
And super duper hot sunny day!
We were burning! >.<

Because of the freaking hot weather, we didn't spend really much time at that place.
Simply walking around and took some pictures.
And we moved on.
The worst thing was we didn't apply any sunblock because we had put everything in our huge luggage bag. >.<
Ignore the sunblock, next stop was Padang Padang Beach.

Before we could go to the beach, we need to go through this tunnel looked like place.
It's a very small tunnel.
It looks like it is only able to fit one person at a time.

After we had gone through that tunnel and here we are, PARADISE!

And again, because of the hot weather, we randomly took some pictures and moved on.
We were sweating like nobody business. >.<
We straight went to the airport to have our late lunch.

Last meal before we left for home.
Fried Chicken Rice and Coconut Water.

Okay, time's up!
Checked in our luggage bag and we were ready to head back to Malaysia.
We were so tired and our hair looked horrible, especially mine.
Super dry from the beach.

Our awesome holiday had come to an end.
Had to say goodbye to beautiful Bali and that was hard. =(
This trip has been really AWESOME!
I'm really happy to have the chance to go overseas with my BFFs.
Our very first overseas trip!
Everyday was like a new adventure.
Woke up early in the morning and visited many interesting places in Bali.
The best part of all is the beach, beautiful Kuta Beach.

So people, if you are going on a holiday overseas, put Bali in your list.
Trust me, you won't regret about it! ;)

That's it for this post!
Hope you guys enjoy my blog posts on Bali!

Bali Trip #5

July 25, 2013 0 Comments
Good morning Bali!
Looked out from our hotel balcony and it felt so awesome!

Isn't it amazing?

Day #5 in Bali and it was AWESOME!
BEACH DAY!
Before we headed to the beach, breakfast first!

Breakfast of the day, American Set Breakfast with orange juice.
Fill up that hungry tummy!

C'mon people!
Put on your sunblock, bikini and shades!
Beautiful beach, here we come!

First shot, ShuWen!
That's actually a scarf she's wearing, she bought it at one of the market for only Rp. 25000 (If I'm not mistaken).
Honestly, I felt a little regret for not buying that scarf.

 Second shot, ZiJia!
ZiJia with her watermelon singlet.

And mine is strawberry singlet. xD
Seriously, who took this picture?
I look ridiculously funny! >.<

Before we dipped ourselves in the water, we saw something interesting.
Manicure services!
Sent our best professionals to do the bargain cause I'm suck at bargaining.
In the end,  Rp. 50000 for both manicure and pedicure.

Ooohhhhh lala!
Gonna get my nails done with pretty colours!
I'm one happy girl! =D

Ta-Dah!
From top-left, MINE, ShuWen and ZiJia.

Picture time!
We were on the beach at 12pm where the sun was high up on our heads.
Hot sunny day on the beach!

Chilling out on the beach.
Loved my strawberry singlet and my purple toenails! <3

Look at the beautiful beach and beautiful sky.

Less pictures on our beach day because we didn't have a waterproof camera. xD
Safety first, we kept all our cameras and dipped into the water.

Several hours later, our tummy was growling.
Lunch of the day, KFC!
There's a story behind this KFC lunch.

Ta-Dah!
Plants vs. Zombies.
They are so cute and I must have them all except that Zombie in Skull.
That Zombie in Skull doesn't look cute at all. >.<

Every toy comes with a kids meal, Chaki Kids Meal.
Whether you like it or not, you still have to purchase that kids meal for about Rp. 38000.
I've eaten this Chaki Kids Meal for three continuous days.
Once I've finished eating the last Chaki Kids Meal, I felt like I'm going to puke at anytime. >.<
That was a total nightmare for me!
ShuWen and ZiJia kept on laughing at me, calling me crazy girl! xD

KFC in Bali is also selling Cheese Spaghetti.
Because of that toys, I've missed my chance in trying this spaghetti.
I love spaghetti but I want the toys! >.<

Bento from KFC.
And yes, I've missed my chance of trying this because of the toys.

Ta-Dah!
Aren't they cute?
My favourite of all is the middle one, Peashooter on Pumpkin.

After we've finished our lunch, time for some body massage and spa.
Ooohhhhh lala!
A relaxing day for us.
If you guys happen to be in Kuta and looking for a great salon and spa, go for Steiner.

Steiner, Salon and Natural Day Spa.
Jalan Pantai Kuta, No. 40 C-D, Kuta Bali.
Telephone: (0361)750-783

Steiner, opens daily from 10am to 11pm.
We did the body massage plus body scrub and it's only Rp. 165000.
Great environment, very professional and friendly staff.
I'll give 5/5 stars!

Our initial plan was to go to the beach after our massage at Steiner.
We went back to our hotel room, left all of our stuff there and headed back to the beach again.
That time was around 4pm and to our horror, the beach looked horrible!
The tide was ebbing and the beach looked dirty.
I don't even know how to describe the look of the beach during that time.
One word, HORRIBLE!
We went at the wrong time and we decided to go again in the next morning.
We will be checking out at 12pm sharp so we need to be at the beach as early as possible.
We need to take more pictures! >.<
Our mission was to wake up early in the next morning, go to that beach again and take as many pictures as we can! xD

Dinner time.
This is the best restaurant in Kuta, Yulia's Kitchen.
Must go!
The food are amazing and awesome. Don't worry, the price are reasonable too.
Every food on the menu is a must-try especially the local food.

Yulia's Kitchen.

Triangle rice, Ayam Bumbu Bali.
Smells good and delicious!

 Seafood Fried Noodles.
Smells good too and lots of prawn!
Another plate behind there is ZiJia's dinner, sorry that I didn't take a picture of it.
But it was delicious too!

Okay guys, that's it for day #5.
Sunny beach day in the afternoon, got my nails done, went for a body massage and had a nice dinner.
Ooohhhhh lala!
Life couldn't be any awesome than this! =D

Let me add something here, one thing that I hate about going to the beach is the sand!
Those freaking sand are so annoying, they are like everywhere.
They are on your bags, towel, bikini, hair, ears, etc.
Oh God! We washed our hair like mad! And our hair was freaking dry and rough after that.
Our bikinis are full with those fine sand which cause all that tiny black spot thingy.

Try imagine yourself touching this feather duster.
That was how our hair felt like. >.<

Okay, all we need is to calm down.
Keep calm and relax, we have some solutions to the problems.

For hair, I washed it for a few times with lots of conditioner.
Use a hair dryer with the cold air setting to dry your hair.
I don't recommend using hot air because your hair is already super dry from the beach so don't let it be super duper dry.

For bikini with those fine sand, here's a tip which I found on Google, Removing Sand From Bathing Suit.
Yeah, it's useful to remove those fine sand from your bikini.
And there's another way too which I'm using.
Make sure your bikini is dry, try to stretch the fabric slightly and gently (not too gentle) run fingernail over the fabric. It's like scratching out the sand from the fabric.

I Google-ed on "Ways to remove fine sand from bikini" and I got this:
"Don't do it wet, but when dry kind of stretch out the bikini and run your nail over the lining to get the sand out." --- Daneechi, a specialist swimwear shop in Perth.

So girls, your swim suit are safe! ;)
Next time, I'm gonna buy a black colour bikini. xD

Okay, till next time!
Stay tune for day #6, our final day in Bali.
xoxo~~~♥
